Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms are spacious and offer nice views of the mountains, but they are a bit dated and below average. The service, while mostly accommodating and warm, had some hiccups like rushed housekeeping. The location is convenient for exploring Kyoto but may not be ideal for sightseeing. The dining options were delicious, but there could be waiting times during busy periods. Overall, the hotel offers value for money with its central location and tasty dining choices.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were incredibly large, the largest I've experienced in Japan, with a separate entry, spacious bathroom with a separate shower room, and a comfortable bedroom with 2 double beds. It felt like a palace. The service was top-notch, with all staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect, close to a subway station and one of the largest shopping avenues. The dining experience was simply fantastic, with a huge and delicious selection of food. The facilities were outstanding and well-maintained. However, the dining was a bit expensive, and it would have been nice to have more English-speaking staff available.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay, ensuring we had a comfortable experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and shopping areas. While the dining options were exceptional, the immediate dining choices around the hotel were limited. Overall, a great value for money stay with top-notch service and amenities.
The hotel offers charming and spacious rooms with plenty of amenities but lacks cleanliness. The service provided varied from excellent help to some rudeness. The location is perfect for exploring Kyoto, with easy access to major attractions. The dining experience is good, especially with access to an espresso machine. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
The hotel provided a mix of experiences, with comfortable and spacious rooms but lacking electrical outlets for convenience. The service was impeccable, always helpful and welcoming. The location was convenient for sightseeing but limited dining options nearby. The dining was hit or miss, with amazing options but also room for improvement. Overall, a well-rounded stay with some room for enhancements.
